abstract="The reliability of two standard methods for the determination of blood alcohol content was evaluated. In the gas chromatographic technique and the method of Widmark Gruner n(G) = 263 and n(W) = 262 determination, respectively, of standardized alcohol solutions was performed. The correlation between both methods was revealed by n(B) = 500 determinations of routine blood samples. As a result, the gas chromatographic technique proved to be slightly more precise than the Widmark Gruner method. The correlation between both methods was found to be (beta)(GC,WDM) = 1,005.<p />",
