abstract="During endurance experiments it was shown that the intravenous administration of isobutanol allows the unhindered determination of the disposition properties by avoiding the resorption process. During simultaneous ethanol exposition in a range from 0.4 (per mille) to 1.2 (per mille) the velocity constant ((lambda)2), which is predominantly associated with the elimination process, totals 0.54-0.66 h-1. In cases of lacking ethanol exposition it reads 4.02-4.86 h-1. The distribution factor is not invariable to the level of the velocity constant. During simultaneous ethanol exposition it acquired the values 0.65-0.75 whereas with lacking ethanol exposition the values were 0.78-1.00.<p />",
