abstract="The following verdict trends are recognised with regard to the withdrawal of the driving licence: longstanding good reputation in road traffic (minimum 25 years) coupled with other criteria (first offender; BAC not above 1,7(per mille)) generally excludes the expected unsuitability; and irrespective of the criteria mentioned above, the unsuitability of a driver must be accepted in cases in which the character of the offence (hit and run) or special circumstances (competition drinking. noncritical drinking spree; alcohol induced deficiencies leading to increased traffic dangers) make this obligatory.<p />",
