abstract="The authors previously published a method for calculating the blood alcohol concentration at the time of an event from the blood alcohol concentration at the time of taking the sample. The authors subsequently collected and evaluated 1486 blood alcohol curvatures, published by different authors. The aim of their work was to find a formula to calculate the maximum of the blood alcohol concentration at the time of an event. The confidence interval is 99%. The formula is valid for all common forms of drinking in the rising and falling parts of the blood alcohol curvature.<p />",
