abstract="<p>Cervical burn injuries are a common entity burn scars, they affect the function, aesthetics and psychological status of patients and can be difficult to treat. This is a retrospective study spread over 5 years from March 2009 to Octobre2014, conducted at the National Center burned and plastic surgery at the University Hospital Ibn Rushd Casablanca.Nous have analyzed the clinical characteristics and épidémiologiqueset indications and therapeutic results in 300 patients with cervical post-burn contractures, followed in our training. Young women were most often affected (56%). Thermal burn butane flame under domestic accident was the most common etiology (91%). 75% of patients were treated in a 18 months after submitting an inability fonctionnelle. Les moderate and severe neck flanges are the most frequent and represent 60% and 16% of cases. Surgical treatment has appealed to skin grafts in 67% of cases, local plasty in 24% of cases and to shreds in 24% of cases, the results are considered good in 75% of cases and means in 18% of cases, while the remaining cases (7%) required revision surgery. Treatment of cervical flanges must be associated with an appropriate rehabilitation program to ensure the sustainability of functional and aesthetic results.</p> <p>Language: fr</p>",
