abstract="This article provides an overview of the behavioral aspects of what has been referred to as the African-American Behavioral Style (AABS). This overview includes examples of behaviors associated with this style while making comparisons to the behavioral style generally associated with Caucasian students. <br><br>METHODS of assessing student behavior are examined in relation to potential problems that may arise from cultural differences in behavior and behavioral expectations.
