This approach focuses on the multifaceted environmental factors that contribute to this serious problem. Described here are the 15 services provided by Project 12-Ways in an effort to treat and prevent child abuse and neglect in southern Illinois. Data are presented on the amount and kinds of services provided in the first-year of the Project's operation.
