abstract="Event Data Recorder technology is becoming an ever present part of the reconstruction culture. The delta-v data can be the most valuable data collected, especially in a linear momentum reconstruction. The purpose of this paper is to discuss how to evaluate a reconstruction and compare what the reconstruction indicates to the instruments on board the crash vehicle, with a primary focus on the delta-v data. The paper will discuss the application of this valuable data and compare it to real world crashes reconstructed utilizing linear momentum techniques.",
