abstract="This article focuses on all contentious situations between peers in school playgrounds in elementary school, (from a brief disagreement to a violent interaction). Logical justice mobilized by children during their disputes reveal values and specific complex and plural references. How violence is involved in those logical justice? It seems that the playground is a favorite place for the construction of logical justice, and experience of violence may be involved in structuring some of these logics.
