abstract="Methotrexate is extensively used in the treatment of psoriasis. Although safe and effective, its use may inadvertently lead to intoxication. We report a 50-year-old woman being treated with methotrexate for psoriasis who developed methotrexate intoxication after drinking beetroot juice as a herbal remedy.
