abstract="[Objective]To understand the characteristics of injury related deaths among residents in Yanbian County from 2007-2015,provide the basis for formulating injury prevention and control strategies and measures.[Methods]On the basis of cause of death monitoring data in Yanbian County from 2007-2015,the status of injury related deaths,cause of injury related deaths,and the characteristics of injury related deaths among people in different age and gender were analyzed.[Results]During 2007-2015,the crude mortality and standardized mortality of injury related deaths was 108.32/lakh and 97.38/lakh respectively,which was the second cause of all deaths. The top five causes of injury related deaths were suicide,accidental falling down,motor vehicle traffic accident,accidental poisoning and drowning. The mortality and standardized mortality in males was 142.44/lakh and 134.85/lakh respectively,while those in females was 72.25/lakh and 61.72/lakh respectively. The first death cause was accidental falling down in males and suicide in females. The main causes of injury related deaths were dissimilar in different age groups.[Conclusion]The mortality of injury related deaths is high in Yanbian County,which is the second cause of all deaths. The effective control measures against injury should be strengthened. <p /> <p>Language: zh</p>",
