abstract="A case analysis based on the network review of violence in Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University was conducted.The authors argued that,in the shadow of violence,cognitive differences,the violence communication mode,destruction of trust structure and the choice of private remedy all have increased the risks of the breach of the relations between doctors and patients.The essence of the potential break doctor-patient relationship is the results of the differentiation and conflicts of interests between doctors and patients.Meanwhile,the imperfect social mechanism has also increased the risk.In order to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,the system reform of rectifying the interests and the effective measures to bridge the breach should be taken into practice. <p /> <p>Language: zh</p>",
