abstract="Jodi Arias killed her ex-lover Travis Alexander in 2008. He was shot, stabbed, and nearly decapitated. She was sentenced to life in prison. For 2 years after the murder, Mr. Arias claimed that two masked intruders broke into the home and killed Mr. Alexander. Later, she admitted that the intruder story was a complete fabrication and changed her story to that of self-defense. Through the lens of psychopathy, this case study examines the behaviors and deceptions generated by Ms. Arias. This case should be of clinical interest to professionals studying deceptive behavior.<p /> <p>Language: en</p>",
