abstract="[Machine translation] The study of the implications of the forms of social organization in the determination of resilience in the face of disasters has been gaining more interest in recent times. In this paper we propose the analysis of social networks as a way to determine social capital and its link with resilience. The proposed methodology has been applied in 18 suburbs of the city of Cusco, Peru, and involves the determination for each neighborhood of indicators of internal cohesion (bonding), linkage with the rest of neighborhoods (bridging) and integration with second level organizations and with the local government (linking). Finally, the greater or lesser level of social capital of each neighborhood is obtained as contribution to their resilience, which can also be used to better guide disaster risk management.</p> <p>Language: es</p>",
