abstract="Acute pesticide poisoning is a reported as major health problem worldwide and are reported mostly in cases of suicides and cases of unintentional poisoning are less in number. A significant number of cases are encountered in forensic science laboratories for toxicological examination in which pesticide poisoning is reported.  We report a case of suspected double suicide of unknown poisoning.
