abstract="To date, a concept of &quot;dangerous driving&quot; has been introduced and officially formalized in the territory of the Russian Federation. This concept includes a number of maneuvers on public roads, that can lead to the occurrence of an abnormal traffic situation, and, subsequently, to a road accident.
