abstract="Care for the protection of employees' health and safety at work is not only a legal and moral obligation, but also an activity that significantly influences individual and organizational success. The risk assessment of the workplace is a precondition for successful implementation of health and safety measures in both workplace and environment. The aim of this work is to rank workplaces from the aspect of risk assessment in the production processes in which women are employed, using the method of multi-criteria decision making. The ranking results point to the workplace in the rough sewing garment as a workplace with the highest risk per employee. Also, the workplace with the lowest risk to health and safety at work is in a production process of the automobile industry. Presented results are significant for improving working conditions, preserving the health of female workers, increasing their satisfaction and better achieving of organizational goals.<p /> <p>Language: en</p>",
