abstract="<p>The authors regret to have to issue the following changes to Table 2 in order to optimally protect the privacy of the data sources within the State Inpatient Databases: all values that are <10 and not equal to 0 will be changed to “<10” within the table. The analysis and conclusions of the paper remain unchanged in all respects as this corrigendum is aesthetic in nature and holds only to ensure data privacy in accordance with the Healthcare Cost and Utilisation Project standards.
