abstract="A forensic medical examination of a corpse, whose right leg was completely separated from the body in the pelvic region during a traffic accident, was conducted. At the time of the accident, the victim was a passenger in the rear seat of a passenger car. The examination failed to establish fault for the circumstances of the injury. From the materials of the criminal case it appears that the car hit a metal guard rail, which 'penetrated' the front of the car through a hole in the damaged part of the grille and crossed the interior of the car between the driver's and passenger's seats. It was concluded that to promptly address the issue of the cause of these kinds of peculiar injuries, the participation of a forensic expert in examining the scene of a traffic accident is necessary.<p /> <p>Language: ru</p>  При судебно-медицинском исследовании трупа пострадавшего в дорожно-транспортном происшествии пассажира заднего сиденья легкового автомобиля было установлено полное отделение правой нижней конечности от туловища в области костей таза. Данные экспертизы исключали возможность высказать суждение об обстоятельствах получения травмы. Из материалов уголовного дела следовало, что автомобиль совершил наезд на металлическое бордюрное ограждение, которое 'проникло' в салон автомобиля спереди через отверстие в разрушенной части решетки радиатора и пересекло салон между водительским и пассажирским сиденьями. Сделан вывод, что для оперативного решения вопроса о механизме образования такого рода курьезных повреждений необходимо участие судебно-медицинского эксперта в осмотре места дорожно-транспортного происшествия.<p /> <p>Language: ru</p>",
