abstract="Based on two ethnographic notes on events in Manaus (Amazonas, Brazil), the article proposes the problematization of collective assemblages against small robberies and larcenies. Dialoguing with studies on the management of illegalisms and vigilantism, the analysis distances itself from the terms established by the studies of lynching in Brazil, especially from the concept of popular justice and from the state-centric segmentarity it presupposes. The authors point out the importance of the indiscernibility between the state and non-state for the functioning of street security and justice devices and for the production of a punitive continuum between streets and prisons.    A partir de duas notas etnográficas sobre acontecimentos em Manaus, no Amazonas, o artigo propõe a problematização de agenciamentos coletivos contra pequenos roubos e furtos. Dialogando com estudos sobre gestão de ilegalismos e vigilantismo, a análise se afasta dos termos consagrados pelos estudos sobre linchamento no Brasil, sobretudo do conceito de justiça popular e da segmentaridade estadocêntrica que ele pressupõe. Os autores apontam para a importância da indiscernibilidade entre o estatal e o não estatal para o funcionamento de dispositivos de segurança e justiça de rua e para produção de um contínuo punitivo entre ruas e prisões.<p /> <p>Language: pt</p>",
