abstract="In a recent research article, Yajun et al.1 explored the association between cognitive frailty and two or more falls in a population-based longitudinal study. However, I would like to raise some issues that should be clarified. First, the proportion of participants included in the final data analysis (54.0%, 965/1788) was low among all individuals who participated in the baseline study, possibly resulting in information bias for the conclusions.
