abstract="The hand-held video camera provides an easy way to obtain evidence for use in highway tort trials. The simple advantages and disadvantages of using video evidence is discussed. Several differences in how the human eye gathers information and how the process is performed by a video camera are reviewed. Simple hints are given for improving the quality of video evidence.
