abstract="Night terrors and sleep-walking have been commonly associated with disturbed behavior and violence.   Violence towards other people, rarely with weapons, have been reported, but violence towards self, in particular using weapons, has not been well documented.   A case of serious self stabbing with a knife during sleep-walking is reported with emphasis on the medico-legal implications involved in such cases.   Conditions which may lead to resumption of the disorder in adulthood will be discussed and the possibility of these same conditions precipitating sleep-walking in adulthood with no such history in childhood will be considered.   ===  تقرير عن حالة خطرة لطعن النفس بالسكين خلال المشي أثناء النوم   Abstract AR  يقترن المشي أثناء النوم و رعب الليل باضطرابات السلوك و العنف، و قد ذكرت حالات عنف تجاه الآخرين بالأسلحة و لكن لم تذكر حالات العنف ضد النفس.   أقدم حالة طعن ذاتي خطرة بالسكين خلال المشي أثناء النوم مع التركيز على الجوانب الطبية القضائية للحالة.   و أناقش الأحوال التي تؤدي إلى إعادة ظهور المشي أثناء النوم عند البالغين بعد اختفائه في الطفولة آو ظهوره لأول مرة في البالغين.<p /> <p>Language: ar</p>",
