abstract="The authors conducted a quantitative research to the management misconduct behaviors of coalmine fatal accidents in China, constructed a structural model of affecting factors of management misconduct via using duty consciousness and technical ability as mediating variables. It clearly indicates that factor groups such as biographic characteristics, organizational commitment, organization characteristics, self efficiency and production conditions affect characteristic management misconduct behaviors and it points out the specific affecting approaches and paths.<p />",
