After an initial anaphylactic reactions he presented a delayed acute renal failure secondary to rhabdomyolysis. A second clinical case is a 48-year-old man bitten by Natrix tigrina lateralis. He presented with acute renal failure secondary to hemolysis and afibrinogenemia with thrombocytopenia.
