The name of the third author was incorrectly listed as Payam Deghani. The correct name is Payam Dehghani. Affiliation 'b' was also incorrectly listed as &quot;Department of Cardiology, University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.&quot; The correct affiliation is &quot;Department of Cardiology, University of Saskatchewan, Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.
