abstract="It has come to our attention that a correction is needed to the abstract of our paper. In the abstract, the prevalence of respondents who reported 2 or more personal overdoses should be 28.7 % instead of 48.6 %, the prevalence of respondents who witnessed 2 or more overdoses should be 70.9 % instead of 79.5 %, and the prevalence of respondents who experienced overdose deaths of 2 or more significant persons should be 28.3 % instead of 41.4 %. This error was in the abstract only and the data in the paper's results and tables are accurate and unchanged. The error does not impact analyses or interpretation of results but was rather clerical in nature.   The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.<p /> <p>Language: en</p>",
