abstract="Damage Control Resuscitation (DCR) is a strategy designed to prioritize hemostasis procedures, from the point of injury to surgical management, whether faced with an influx of bleeding casualties or a single casualty with severe hemodynamic instability. Widely disseminated, it provides clear objectives for prioritizing physiological restoration to the anatomy required for short-term survival. Initially applied to surgery, DCR has now been extended to the entire upstream care chain, including first aid and emergency medicine.   ===  Que ce soit face à un afflux de blessés hémorragiques ou d'un blessé unique en grande instabilité hémodynamique, le concept de Damage Control Resuscitation (DCR) est une stratégie visant à prioriser les gestes d'hémostase, du lieu de la blessure jusqu'à la prise en charge chirurgicale. Largement diffusé, il donne des objectifs clairs pour prioriser la restauration physiologique à l'anatomie permettant la survie à courte échéance du blessé. Appliqué d'abord à la chirurgie, le DCR s'est étendu à toute la chaîne des soins en amont, notamment aux gestes de premiers secours et à la médecine d'urgence.<p /> <p>Language: fr</p>",
