abstract="Local Area Traffic Management (LATM) focus on physical changes to the local street environment, with associated traffic management and enforcement, on an area-wide or least whole-of-street basis. The Austroads Guide is prepared to encourage a rational and orderly approach to LATM, and to provide technical guidance and further reference material for practitioners. It is suggested that local governments should be actively encouraged to share their growing knowledge more effectively by publishing papers and results of studies. The ARRB group encourages all local governments to forward any relevant LATM related data and learning through to ARRB, which prepares a new guideline on the topic. <p>Language: en</p>",
