abstract="A case of 23-year-old woman who for suicide took a dozen or so tablets of Chlorpropamid 'Polfa' was described. There were two episodes of cardiac arrest. After resuscitation she was treated with continuous glucose infusion for 4 weeks. Simultaneous monitoring of glycaemia and chlorpropamid urinary excretion allowed to erminate therapy and discharge the patient in the time when her organism was free of chlorpropamid and without threat of hypoglycaemia.<p /><p>Language: pl</p>",
