abstract="The study was lead in the Emergency Unit of the Rouen hospital about fifty inpatients with adjustment disorder diagnose from DSM-III-R. The aim of this work was to define the social and clinical characteristics of the patients and to evaluate prospectively their beconning after one month. Females are more represented with 62%, the age average is quite low (33.5%) and we found a high rate of psychosocial problems. 72% of the patients had no personal psychiatric history. Suicides attempts are the main reason for admission in hospital. We found a lot of couple crisis and associated personnality disorders and one month after, the becoming is positive.<p /><p>Language: fr</p>",
