abstract="Decapitation is a complication of extreme rarity in the event of a hanging, occurring when the constriction of the neck is preceded by a drop of several metres with a poorly stretchable line used as the hanging ligature. Necropsy findings and biomechanical aspects of these fatalities are discussed in the light of the existing literature.<p /><p>Language: fr</p>",
