abstract="The unwantented incidents of the Iraqi presidential election due to some effects in the economics of pulpwood industry is discussed. The democracy is considered to be customary to decline to vote depending on some factors. The citizens were unaware of whom to vote for, as they were used ti be driven to vote for other person. Some of the factors that causes fear in the mind of the citizen include dodging bullets, fleeing hand grenades, and fear of suicide bombers. The insurgenment knew only terror, torture, and killing. The election fails to forecast on rebuilding of a nation whose roots are embedded in the beginning of civilization. Under international sanction, Saddam, Iraqi President, used the Oil-for-food program to amass a considerable fortune.
