abstract="Assimilated to borderlne states and characeisd by actsofiolence, psychopathy is associated with an increased risk of suicide du to an accumulation of a umber of rsk factos and to the impulsiveness inherent to this type of personality organisation. Care for suicidal psychopaths starts with an assessment of urgency, a crucial stage aimed at orientating the patient who is constantly at risk of committing a violent act or of an attempt at manipulation. Psychiatric hospitalisation requires specific arrangements and special training of caregivers to deal with these difficult patients who represent a high risk of adopting negative counter attitudes.<p /><p>Language: fr</p>",
