abstract="Suicide has existed from the beinnin of the times, but at the moment it has increased worrisome the number of people whom takin off chooses like solution to its life problems. Due to the traumatic thin of the fact, as much for the relatives, if its act is consumed, like for the victim, if its attempt is insolvent; they derive a reat necessity from well-taken care of on the part of the nursin community, or in the first attention or the specialized attention. What he has taken to us to make this case it has been the fact that it is a very traumatic act for which lives it, and that the professional nurse must be prepared to act with effectiveness before these situations, mainly before the psycholoical necessities, somethin in which frequently the nurse is not educated in coverin When investiatin the existin biblioraphy there have been difficulties to find cases pertainin to the scope nurse, mainly in maazines published in paper. Biblioraphy of the suicide exists, but mainly it is of the psycholoical scope. If is somethin of the land nurse, it is dedicated to the hospitable space, almost does not exist anythin for the psychiatric urencies.
