abstract="The concept of addiction seems particularly interesting to understand symptoms and psychopathological organization met in eating disorders. In the addictives behaviors the symptom allows to fight against non-structured depressive affects, which are threatening the integrity of the self. Depressed symptoms as well as impulsiveness may lead these patients to suicide attempts.
