The results of the study show the following: Acute exogenous poisoning accounted for around 60% of diseases, severe toxoallergic reactions - for about 40% of them, in 2009, 2010 and 2011, respectively. There is a high proportion of patients with suicide attempts. The frequency of deaths for the period under review was 1.50%. Lethality was highest in 2010. Mortality is higher in male patients.
