abstract="The article provides with retrospective analysis of scientific interest towards suicidal behavior. The authors analyzed scientific data and suggest to study the phenomenon in question by means of integration of legislative, crimilogical and  psychological materials on it. Phenomenon of suicide needs to be studied due to its scientific and practical significance. Interdisciplinary research would lead to less suicidal tension in Russia. The authors also define sphere of research of legislative, crimilogical and psychological  aspects of the phenomenon in integrative methodological approach traditions. Abstract. The article provides with retrospective analysis of scientific interest towards suicidal behavior. The authors analyzed scientific data and suggest to study the phenomenon in question by means of integration of legislative, crimilogical and psychological materials on it. Phenomenon of suicide needs to be studied due to its scientific and practical significance. Interdisciplinary research would lead to less suicidal tension in Russia. The authors state that psychologists as well as jurists need an extensive analysis of development of personal aspects of those who cannot handle a critical life circumstances. The necessity for such analysis is determined by objective to prevent criminal suicides. The article describes contradictions in suicidal behavior characteristics in cases of voluntary suicide and suicide determined by reasons provided by Article 110 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The article provides with review of the most significant legal, psychological and criminological opinions on the phenomenon. The authors clearly define survey sample as teenagers and the youth. Modern problems of diagnostics of suicidal behavior are presented in the article. <br><br>METHODS of criminal suicide diagnostics are described. The authors developed a questionnaire called &quot;Alarm trigger&quot; aimed at detecting suicidal intentions of teenagers and present certain results of it. The authors state post-suicidal expertise execution needs a defined legal mechanism. Lack of such mechanism is one of problems yet to be scientifically and legally studied. Others include necessity to investigate and detect circumstances of suicide under social networks influence. Forensic psychiatric and psychological expertise is considered as an important way to collect information about personality of suicide, reasons of suicide and possibility of its criminogenic nature. This expertise execution algorithm and results need to be carefully studied by criminal proceedings authorities and also improved as an important criminological method.
