abstract="With the ordinance no. 207/2018, the Italian Constitutional Court creates a new kind of decision, postponing annulment of the law (incriminating assisted suicide) after the expiration of a term and calling for the Parliament to cooperate by regulating key-aspects of the delicate subject.
