abstract="Travel but on the other hand caused lot of damage to human lives in the form of accidents. The present study conducted at Guntur medical college, Guntur over the period of two years among the autopsies done in the forensic medicine department. Out of 1748 autopsies railway accidental deaths were 114 with male predominance. Most of the railway accidental deaths were seen in the middle age.
