abstract="Suicide cases in the world are increasing every year. One of the reasons is the excitement by malefactors of a person's desire to commit suicide. With the progressive development of technology, the Internet begins to act as a platform for committing this crime. The article provides a comparative legal analysis of the common law countries legislation, precedents are considered.
