abstract="During 17 days in Dak Lak hospital (22/11 to 9/12/2004). ENT department cured 3 cases for emergency with foreign body in respiratory and esophageal tract. A mental illness patients was swalow a razor blade into his throat in his suicide attempt. A 2-year child with foreign body in respiratory tract and osbtruction the right bronchial tube. A 3-year child swallowed a coin to esophagus. 100% of foreign bodies were removed from respiratory tract within less than 6 hours. 100% of foreign bodies were removed successful in the first attempt. Patients were saved by some luck elements: Patients went into hospital early, accurate diagnosis, timely treatment.<p /><p>Language: vi</p>",
