abstract="The aims of this study were to assess philosophical and anthropological considerations about right to death and determination for relentless course of disease activity and irreversible cachexia. In this presentation we examined several terms and concepts such as euthanasia, homicide and suicide, considering different theological opinions with reference to preservation fo life until the final decision of the Supreme Being.
