abstract="Depressive disorders are rarely isolated and are most often associated with addiction and chronic somatic disorders. Such comorbidity raises the question of a model for an effective treatment to expect increased life expectancy of patients with depression, we should be able to work with the resources of individuals and their subjective models related to health. The adoption of appropriate strategies to improve health states should be preferred when the depressive episode is correctly and completely curred.
