%X In a sample of 12 industrialized nations, the percentage of households with guns was strongly associated with the overall mortality rate from guns in children aged 0-15 years and also the mortality from suicide, homicide and unintentional accidents individually. Thus, access to guns may increase their use in suicide, homicide and accidental death.<p />
