%X Finding quality volunteers is never an easy task and keeping them is even more difficult. I have built a thriving volunteer program by critically reviewing and restructuring the basic foundation. I have developed an efficient and comprehensive training program that emphasizes effective communication on all levels. My training technique emphasizes role playing and educating the volunteer about validation. This hands-on technique is enthusiastically received by volunteers, is practical and produces good results.<p />
