%X The content of congeners and the quantitative relation between them are characteristic parameters for differentiation of alcoholic beverages. After consumption of congener-rich beverages the most concentrated can be demonstrated in blood and urine samples of the consumer. Awareness of pharmacodynamic behaviour, which is the subject of the report, permits conclusions from body-fluid levels on consumed quantities. By this, classification of the beverage in question seems attainable, which could be of interest in forensic cases, where hit-and-run drivers, whose blood contains alcohol, claim to have drunk after the accident.
