%X Results of two randomized trials with Victim Impact Panels (VIPs) were compared. Trials have found that while there is considerable movement among intention and self-efficacy measures, Impact Panels have little effect on subsequent Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) arrest or drinking and driving behavior.<p />
