On p. 688, paragraph 3, starting with “A comparison of the” footnote 1 should be footnote 2 and on p. 692, section entitled “Male underreporting” the reference to footnote 1 should be to footnote 2.  On p. 684, paragraph 2, starting with “The initial effect” the current URL is incorrect.
