%X What characteristically underlines the traffic safety of today is the need to consider it in light of a social system rather than just a technical problem particular emphasis is placed, in this paper, on putting forward that the process of traffic should be analyzed by classifying it into the following three items: the safety condition; the behavioral safety; and the performance of safety.<p />
